If a lens coating fails because of a defect, the lenses are covered for 1 year.
If a patient cannot adapt to progressive lenses, or the doctor changes the prescription, the lenses are covered for 3 months.
If a remake is needed because of a measurement mistake at the clinic, we remake the lenses at 25% off.
In the Clinic Portal, find the shipped order and press Redo. Pick the reason, add a note or a photo, and send it. The form shows what the warranty covers for that order.
Remakes are reviewed and approved by our team.
